Responsibilities:
– Provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
– Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
– Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
– Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
– Document observations and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.
– Follow care plans and adhere to all policies and procedures.
